1 Assembly Square
This site, next to the Senedd Welsh Assembly Debating Chamber, has outline planning consent for 56,500 sq ft of Grade A office space. Here on the waterfront, alongside the vibrant Roald Dahl plaza and Mermaid Quay, we are planning a single building of up to seven storeys, with 71 parking spaces.

2 Assembly Square
This site also has outline planning consent is already in place for two more buildings, providing 90,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, which can link with 1 Assembly Square if required.

3 Assembly Square
This building, designed by Scott Brownrigg and sustainability consultants Arup, will offer 62,000 square feet of stunning office space, complete with every feature and service your business could need.

Senedd / National Assembly for Wales
Opened in 2006, the home of the National Assembly’s debating chamber is a striking structure, entirely transparent at the public level. Held on ground lease.

Mermaid Quay
Here, over 40 waterfront restaurants, bars and cafés serve cuisine from around the world, including a bank, supermarket and a variety of shops.

Wales Millennium Centre

Roald Dahl Plass/The Hub
The amphitheatre-style Roald Dahl Plass, formerly the Oval Basin, was the seaward entrance to West Bute Dock, once the world’s largest masonry dock. As all TV fans know, Torchwood, the elite unit tackling human and alien crimes, is hidden beneath the Wales Millennium Centre.

Cardiff Waterbus
The Waterbus sails between Penarth, the waterfront and the City Centre.  You can also travel along the river Taff and the Cardiff Waterfront by waterbus.
